Before you check out

You pay nothing now. Every order on this site is cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you, and there is no extra charge for choosing cash on delivery.

Delivery is free to every serviceable pincode in India. The total you see in the cart is the total you pay at the door. No shipping fee, handling fee or tax is added at checkout.

When it will reach you

We pack orders in Hyderabad and hand them to the courier within one working day of confirming them. Working days are Monday to Saturday. After that, the courier usually takes:

• 2 to 3 days within Hyderabad and the rest of Telangana
• 3 to 4 days to the other southern metros
• 5 to 7 days to most other cities and towns
• 8 to 12 days to remote areas, the North-East, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and the islands

These are typical times, not guarantees. In the fortnight before Diwali every courier network in the country is stretched, so order early if the date matters.

If something is wrong when it arrives

Diyas and glass items are wrapped individually and cushioned, but parcels do get knocked about in transit. If an item arrives broken, or you get the wrong item, photograph it with the outer box and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We send a replacement free of charge, or refund you if we cannot.

If you simply change your mind, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Ghee wicks, agarbatti, dhoop and camphor can’t be returned for a change of mind, for hygiene reasons. The Refund & Return Policy has the details.

Changing or cancelling

You can change the address or cancel the order free of charge until it is dispatched. Email diwalideals23232@gmail.com with your order number. After dispatch you can still refuse the parcel at the door; see the Cancellation Policy.
