Home and Lifestyle is a small selection of useful things for the house and for gifting. Each of its five products solves a specific problem, which is what makes them good gifts.

Choosing for the house

Diwali is when most homes get their annual clean and rearrange, and storage that looks good on a shelf is easier to keep using than storage hidden in a drawer. What to check on the listing

Check the product description for dimensions, materials and what is included in the box, and for electrical items how they are powered and whether batteries or an adaptor come with them. For the stove knob covers, compare your stove's knob size with the description before ordering. Colours are shown as accurately as screens allow.

Packing and delivery

Glass and fragile items are wrapped individually and cushioned in a fitted carton. Larger items such as the coffee table may ship in a separate parcel from clothing in the same order, and the tracking message will say so. Every order ships free to any serviceable pincode in India and is paid in cash when it arrives, with nothing added for delivery or cash on delivery. Dispatch from Hyderabad is within one working day; most of India receives the parcel in five to seven days. Open the outer box in front of the delivery person where the courier allows it, and refuse it if it is crushed or wet.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph the item, the inner packing and the outer box with its label within 48 hours of delivery and write to us. We send a replacement free of charge or refund the amount by UPI or bank transfer, your choice, subject to stock. Unused items in original packaging can also be returned within seven days if you change your mind; you pay the return courier and the product price is refunded once the item reaches us.
